I. Availabilty

After you submit your inquiry, we’ll check to make sure your date is available!

II. Introduction call

Once we know your date is available, we’ll start with a quick chat to get to know you, hear your vision, and craft a custom package that perfectly fits your day and your style.

III. proposal

After our call, we’ll send over a personalized proposal so you can review all the details, sign, and officially secure your date with us.



IV. Planning

After booking, you can expect a short questionnaire 6 weeks out to help us get on the same page about your vision (and you’ll have the option to hop on a planning call with us!). Around 3 weeks before the wedding, we’ll officially match you with your Content Creator.

What exactly do you capture?

We capture iPhone candids, behind-the-scenes moments, TikToks/Reels, and all the little in-between moments that make your day feel like you.

When do we get our content back?

Everything is delivered within 24–72 hours after your wedding or event. That way you can relive the day and share it all right away while waiting for your professional photos and video.

How is this different from a photographer or videographer?

It’s all about how you want to relive your special day. Your life lives on your phone; your wedding day should be no exception. Think of this service as a home movie way of reliving your day, but better!

We have a fly-on-the-wall approach to ensure your photographer and videographer have the space and creative lead. Our focus is on documenting the day through a guest’s lens. There is no such thing as too many memories—only different ways to experience them.

Do you use a camera or just an iPhone?

Just iPhones! We shoot in 4K and focus on movement, emotion, and storytelling. The result is vertical content that feels authentic, high-quality, and social-ready.

What’s included in each package?

You'll receive all the raw photos and videos from your day, plus edited Reels or recap videos depending on your package.

Do you travel?

Yes! We’re based in the DMV (DC, Maryland, & Virginia) but love capturing weddings and events anywhere.

Will you be in guests’ way during the day?

Not at all! We blend right in with your vendor team, capturing everything discreetly and respectfully so you (and your guests!) can stay fully present.

How do you work with the media team? 

Respecting the space is at the core of what we do. We operate with a strictly fly-on-the-wall philosophy—no posing, no directing, and no disruptions. The only time we take the lead is to help you execute a planned trend. We advocate for high-level communication to ensure your photographer’s workflow remains uninterrupted and their creative vision stays front and center.

Can you cover other events (like rehearsal dinners etc.?)

Yes! We offer add-on coverage for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and even post-wedding brunches. You name it and we'll be there!

How do we book?

Start by filling out the inquiry form below. After your introduction call with us we’ll send over a link with all the info to secure your date with us. Once you get everything back to us, then you’re officially on the HoneyDo calendar!

How many content creators will be there at my event?

Most events are paired with one dedicated content creator, which we’ve found is typically plenty to capture high-quality, behind-the-scenes content throughout your event. We assign your content creator closer to the event date based on availability and location, once timelines and logistics are finalized.

If your venue is especially large or spread out, if multiple things are happening at once, or if you’d like different perspectives of the same moments, you have the option to upgrade to a second content creator for an additional fee, subject to availability.
